Here's a lively blue washi tape that celebrates some heroes of the microscopic world – stentor!

Brought to our attention a few years ago by then graduate student Athena Lin, these tiny creatures have some incredible regenerative properties (her team was able to slice them up into 64 pieces and they recover)! Stentor are often preyed upon by aquatic bugs and baby fish, and if a fish eats too many stentor, their eggs can turn purple! We think they're also some pretty elegant looking little microorganisms.
